1. Place the sealing machine on a horizontal bottom surface, lock the brake casters, and adjust the tripod to the appropriate height to make the frame level.

2. Place the required sealed cardboard box on the conveyor table, adjust the lifting handle so that the bottom plane of the conveyor is about 3-5mm lower than the height of the cardboard box. Release the locking wheel, adjust the conveyor rod to make it close to the cardboard box, then lock the handwheel, adjust the cardboard positioning wheel to make both the cardboard positioning wheel and the conveyor rod close to the cardboard box, and then lock the handwheel.

3. Turn on the power switch, let the machine work, and then push it into the cardboard box seal. If the tightness of the upper and lower sealing tapes is inconsistent, adjust the knob of the tape cylinder seat (generally speaking, if the tape is too tight, the spring pressure will relax, and if the tape is too loose, the spring pressure will increase).
