Core Integrated Functions

 

Automatic Feeder System

The intelligent feeder accepts products directly from your upstream production line (conveyor, sorter, etc.). It automatically aligns, spaces, and feeds products into the wrapping section at the optimal speed. With photoelectric sensors and adjustable guide rails, the feeder ensures stable, jamfree product transfer – even for mixed or irregularly shaped items. No manual placement is needed.

High-Speed Shrink Wrapping Unit

The shrink pack module uses advanced film wrapping and heat sealing technology. Key features include:

Servo-driven film feeding for accurate film length and minimal waste.

Sealing system with constant temperature control, producing strong, straight, and smooth seal lines.

Tunnel-style heat shrink chamber with dual-zone independent temperature control and high-efficiency hot air circulation. The result: uniformly shrunk film that tightly conforms to product contours – no wrinkles, no burn spots, no loose corners.

Automatic Stacking System

After shrink wrapping, finished products enter the stacking unit. The stacking module counts, arranges, and stacks the sealed packs according to preset patterns (straight stack, interlocking, or layered stacking). The system can handle stack heights up to 1000mm, and the finished stacks are neat, stable, and ready for palletizing or direct warehousing. Optional robotic or pusher-type stackers are available.

Thanks to full integration and intelligent control, the line requires zero manual attendance during normal operation. One operator can monitor multiple lines from a central HMI. The system automatically compensates for film roll changes (with optional auto-splicing), adjusts to product speed fluctuations, and stops only when raw materials run out – ideal for lights-out manufacturing and night shifts.
