An analysis of the reasons for the deviation of the belt conveyor, to see what is causing the belt of the belt conveyor to take an "oblique" path.

Tight but not loose: refers to a belt that is tensioned by a screw. In an ideal state, the distance between the tension adjustment screw on both sides of the belt is consistent. If one side of the screw is tightened, it is equivalent to increasing the tension of the belt on the side of the tightened screw. Therefore, the belt will run towards the side with higher tension;

Running high instead of running low: If one side of the roller support or drum is raised, the belt will deviate towards the higher side. The adjustment method is to raise the other side or lower the original side;

Before running, do not run after running: the core adjusting roller is perpendicular to the belt, facing the belt running direction, pull the core adjusting roller, and the belt will run to whichever side of the core adjusting roller contacts the belt first. In addition to adjusting the running deviation along the line, adjusting the feeding point is also an important method to ensure centered operation of the belt. By changing the angle of the adjusting baffle, the refractive angle of the ore in the chute can be changed to achieve centered landing in the downstream belt, ensuring that the belt runs in the center.
