1. Each time the heat shrink packaging machine starts working, it is necessary to preheat the heating blade row, during which the temperature control instrument's value can be observed. Only when the temperature reaches the predetermined value can it start working.

2. Machines such as winding machines and packaging machines must be reliably grounded to protect personal safety.

3. The height of the packaging should not be less than 140mm, otherwise when the longitudinal pressure plate descends, it will collide with the pushing cylinder, which is extremely easy to damage the cylinder.

4. There should be no corrosive gases or dust around the working environment to avoid adverse effects on the semi-automatic heat shrink film packaging machine.

5. All pneumatic components and cylinder speeds are adjusted and set by the factory when leaving the factory. Do not make any further adjustments. If adjustments are indeed necessary, they should be carried out under the correct guidance of engineering and technical personnel who understand the pneumatic circuit.
