When the stainless steel mesh belt is working normally, the temperature rises due to the conveying of materials, and the heat of the conveying mesh belt gradually decreases with the increase of temperature. The usage limit of stainless steel mesh depends on the temperature generated by the material and the friction caused by the rotation of the mesh, as well as the temperature of the material.
Although stainless steel mesh belts are widely used in enterprises, especially in assembly line operations, stainless steel mesh belts have certain usage environments, and not every environment is suitable for using stainless steel mesh belts. When the temperature exceeds 400 ℃, it will not affect the service life of stainless steel mesh belts. In fact, stainless steel mesh belts are extremely resistant to high temperatures, but their service life also varies due to different manufacturing processes. The issues that need to be noted when using stainless steel mesh belts at high temperatures are: the heat generated by friction during use, the impact of temperature changes on stainless steel mesh belts (cooling and expansion), the impact of high temperature environments on lubrication, and the good heat resistance of silicon, graphite, and molybdenum disulfide lubricating oils. When the ambient temperature exceeds 400 ℃, the intermittent reduction caused by the expansion between parts should also be fully considered. Ordinary mesh belts have thermal brittleness when working at high temperatures, and the same applies to stainless steel mesh belts.
