Operational Principle:

 

1. Preparation work: Before starting the operation, it is necessary to load the shrink film into the machine and prepare it for packaging.
2. Product feeding: The products to be packaged are fed into the working area of the shrinkage sealing and cutting machine through a conveyor belt or other means.
3. Shrinkage film supply: The contraction film is stretched from the supply system and transported to the sealing area. Normally, shrink film is supplied in the form of rolls or rolls.
4. Sealing and cutting: The shrink film passes through the sealing and cutting device in the sealing and cutting area, and is cut according to the size and packaging requirements of the product. This forms complete packaging material units.
5. Packaging: The product is placed on top of the shrink film and surrounded by the shrink film. This is usually done through the conveyor belt and positioning device in the machine to ensure the correct positioning of the product.
6. Shrinkage: Generally, the shrink film is heated by hot air or other heat sources. Thermal energy causes the shrink film to shrink and wrap around the surface of the product, forming a tight outer packaging.
7. Sealing: The shrink film is sealed by a heating and cutting device to ensure the integrity of the packaging.
8. Cutting and shaping: After sealing, the shrink film is cut and shaped through a cutting device to form a final packaging form.
9. Product discharge: After completing sealing, cutting, and packaging, the packaged products are taken out of the machine through the discharge system and prepared for the next step of processing (such as transportation or storage).


Throughout the process, the control system of the machine monitors and adjusts key parameters such as temperature, speed, size, etc. to ensure packaging quality and stability. Through fully automated operations, the fully automatic shrinkage sealing and cutting machine can efficiently complete the packaging process, improve production efficiency, and have a certain degree of adaptive ability to adapt to products of different sizes and shapes.
