Equipment Description
G118 automatic plastic packing machine adopts the international advanced Japan Mitsubishi servo drive system.Reciprocating cutting knife with air cooled blade protector high speed and more stable.G118 can achieve uninterrupted continuous sealing and cutting, effectively improve the efficiency of automatic sealing and cutting. We went through a series of tests, it can cut twice per second, achieve 120 pcs per minute(according to different packing goods size and shape).This can satisfy the customer's requirements for high speed and efficiency.
How does the automatic plastic film packaging machine work?
1. Product loading: Load the products to be packed onto the feeding conveyor of the machine.
2. Film opening: Unfold the packaging film from the roll and feed it into the machine.
3. Sealing: The packaging film is fed through the forming ring and sealed into a tube.
4. Filling: The product is filled into the tube through the metering system.
5. Cutting: Then cut the tube into individual packages according to the desired size.
6. Packing: The individual packages are then conveyed to the outfeed conveyor, where they are stacked and ready to be shipped.
