Cuff Heat Shrink Packaging Machine

The cuff packaging machine and shrink sealer have the function of automatically wrapping the shrink film around the packaging item, and then heating it to shrink and tightly wrap the product. This provides moisture-proof, pollution-proof, and protection against certain external impacts for the product.

The machine uses a Yonghong programmable controller to achieve integration of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems. The photoelectric switch automatically detects the product's position. The control system has an automatic and manual switching function.

The machine has a specially-designed three-piece sealing knife that firmly seals the package without splitting and has a high-temperature-resistant Teflon non-stick coating that eliminates any odors.

The film feeding mechanism has a limit switch to greatly reduce film waste. The synchronous belt-driven film feeding device operates more stably, accurately and quietly.

The Omron digital temperature controller ensures precise temperature control. A frequency converter controls the conveyor speed, providing steady infinite speed transmission. The super-large air cooling airflow quickly cools the product, and the 304 stainless steel heating tube provides heating. The constant temperature circulation air duct system makes the temperature in the shrink chamber more uniform, achieving the best shrinking effect.

The solid drawn steel bar is covered with imported silicone tubing and the chain-link conveyor is durable. The conveyor structure can be made of different materials to suit different products.
