Installation and operation of heat shrink packaging machine

1. Installation location selection:

① This machine should be installed in a bright and dry environment.

② This machine should be kept away from places with dust, flammable, explosive, and corrosive gases.

③ Insulation facilities must be installed when the air temperature in the workplace is below 0 degrees or above 40 degrees.

 

2. Machine installation:

① After placing the heat shrink packaging machine in the selected position, position the machine.

② . Mechanical height adjustment: use a wrench to loosen the lock nut under the rack, then adjust the height adjustment nut until the required mechanical height is reached, and finally tighten the lock nut. 

③ Mechanical levelness adjustment: Use a wrench to loosen the fixed nut under the machine frame, adjust the height adjustment nut based on the horizontal plane of the conveyor chain, and lock the nut after the conveyor chain of the machine is in the horizontal plane.

④ Power supply device:

A. Switch the power switch of the machine to the OFF position.

B. Switch the main power switch to the (OFF) position, confirm that the voltage is correct, and then connect the machine power supply.

C. After checking everything is normal, switch the machine power switch to (ON), and the machine will enter the operating state.

3. Operation steps

A. Turn on the power.

B. Turn on the air switch and check the direction of the wind turbine (indicated on the motor). If not, please change the phase line.

C. Press the conveying button, the conveying needle and chain will operate, and the conveying speed can be adjusted through the speed control knob on the panel.

D. Press the heating switch, operate the button on the temperature controller, and set the temperature to 105-200 ℃ as needed.

E. After the temperature rises to the set value, the green indicator light of the thermostat will turn red, and the heating tube will pause heating.

F. Place the product at this time and adjust the temperature and conveying speed appropriately as needed to achieve a satisfactory shrink packaging effect.
