How to use the plastic bag sealing machine

1. Inspection And Preparation Before Startup

(1) The sealing machine adopts a 220V single-phase AC power supply, equipped with a grounded three pin socket. Before use, check whether the voltage of the power supply meets the requirements, whether the wiring is firm, and whether the bottom wire is connected.

(2) Adjust the height of the sealing machine according to the operator's work situation.

(3) Check if the lubrication of each rotating part is good, and inject an appropriate amount of lubricating oil.

(4) If it is used for the first time or the interval between uses is too long, the electric heating tube may become damp and the insulation resistance may decrease (which is normal). Low temperature preheating should be carried out for half an hour before normal operation.

(5) Adjust the height and front and rear positions of the automatic film sealing machine conveyor according to the size and filling amount of the packaging bag. The height adjustment should use a random special crescent wrench to loosen the axle gear nut, adjust it appropriately, and then tighten it; Adjust the position of the sealing width positioning bracket according to the sealing size.

 

2. Power On Operation

(1) Press the power switch of the plastic bag sealing machine first, and the indicator light inside the button will light up.

(2) Rotate the speed control knob to adjust the conveyor belt to the desired operating speed.

(3) Press the heating switch, the indicator light inside the button will light up, then rotate the knob below the temperature controller to point the pointer to the desired temperature value. At this time, the green light inside the temperature controller will light up, and the hot head will start to heat up. When the temperature reaches the specified value, the green light will go out and the red light will light up, and the sealing machine can start working.

(4) Press the fan switch as needed (thin layer material needs to be cooled), the indicator light inside the button will light up, and the cooling fan will be started.

 

3. Shutdown Operation

(1) To extend the service life of the sealing tape, before stopping the machine, the heating switch must be cut off (the button indicator light is off), and the temperature of the hot head must decrease, allowing the sealing tape to continue running for a period of time.

(2) After about half an hour, the fan switch and power switch can be disconnected, and the entire machine will stop. At this time, the indicator light inside the button will turn off.
